Installation of springs. For a start I have painted the bottom black color. Behind that I have pasted forward parts of springs. I blackened carnations and I have strengthened springs.



The back holder has inserted into earrings of a spring and has pasted him to the bottom. Then has strengthened carnations. Specially I didn’t collect a spring that it was more convenient to fix back part.

Behind that I have collected everything, having tried on as the back axis will look. It seems everything is normal, in parallel and perpendicularly. In about an ending I soldered places of connections of holders and a spring.

As forward and back springs are identical, I did the second part similarly the first.

Here is how the running gear of the car after assembly, the soldering, blackening and paintings looks.

 

We continue. I have made a decorative overlay for a cowl of a brass bar with a diameter of 1,5 mm. The bar has ground off in a half of diameter and has pasted on model. Before it I have painted and I have pasted decorative slips from a cardboard. They were in a set. I have painted in dark blue color.


After that I was engaged in the electric motor. I have made details of preparations of a set. I have drilled openings and I have made a groove.


This cogwheel. I have made a flute and have pasted over from above with an interline interval as in the original this wheel as well as all wheels of a reducer are closed by casings. After that I have processed filling and I have collected everything in one knot.




All this unit has painted with a primer. Color just approaches the original. I have drilled two openings and I have inserted a thick thread – imitation of a chain of transfer.
